Adele’s moment of inspiration occurred in Key West over 30 years ago in, of all places, a knitting class. After a teacher from a cake decorating class brought in photographs, Adele’s interest was sparked and she traded in knitting needles for pastry bags.

Adele began her career in 1975 with her own wedding cake business in Honolulu. After building a recognized career coordinating prestigious weddings and social events from Hawaii to San Francisco and the Napa Valley, Adele brought her diverse expertise to Dallas in 1991. She is known for her attention to detail and her skill in bringing her clients’ vision to reality.
